Summer Trails, located in Somers, NY, offers two distinct Summer Day Camp opportunities: Traditional Day Camp and Baseball Day Camp.

The Traditional Day Camp Program is founded on our 36 years of working with children ages 6-14 who are seeking a well-rounded camp experience. The daily schedule provides for balance in swimming, athletics, creative arts, nature, and quiet time activities.

The Baseball Day Camp Program, one of the first of its kind in the county, is for children ages 8-13 and is designed to provide individualized skill progression, taught by mature experienced coaches who assist each camper in reaching his/her full baseball potential. We teach correct techniques, strategy, sportsmanship and a love of the game. 

Southwoods is a four week children's summer camp situated on pristine, spring fed Paradox Lake, where the majestic mountains of the Adirondack Park slope to our water's edge. Children grow in our interactive and exciting four week summer camp experience, immersed in the wonderful variety of outdoor, waterfront, arts & crafts and sports programs. Activities are facilitated by a handpicked excellent staff who teach, inspire, comfort and foster life-long memories and friendships. Our unique combination of being a traditional summer camp, child centered and a location set in the heart of the Adirondack Park, makes the Southwoods Summer Camp Experience one not to be missed.
